Most buyers ask for 1.33 or better. Packaging tests ## Packed to arrive perfect. ISTA 1A drops a package ten times from a height set by its weight: one corner, three edges, six faces. An inspection of finished, packed goods before the balance payment and shipment. Our inspector draws a random sample using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), checks quantity, workmanship, function, dimensions, packing and labelling, and issues a photo report. ### What AQL level should I use? Most consumer goods use General Inspection Level II with AQL 0 for critical defects, 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor. For a lot of 3,500 units that means checking 200 units. Our AQL tool calculates your plan. ### What does a factory audit cover? The quality management system, production capability and capacity, machines and maintenance, incoming and outgoing inspection, and social compliance basics. You receive a scored report with photos and recommended actions. ### What do inspections and audits cost? Pre-shipment, in-line and loading inspections start at USD 229 per person-day, with travel included within the main clusters. A one-day factory audit is USD 298.
