We compare each finding with what the supplier told you and list the questions worth asking. ### What does a report cost? USD 79 for the desk report. With a 2-hour site or video visit, the report is USD 199. Travel for site visits outside Bengaluru and Ningbo is billed at cost. ### Will the supplier know we checked? The desk check uses public registers and records, so the supplier is not contacted. The optional 2-hour site or video visit is arranged with the supplier, and we tell them it is on your behalf. ### Is this the same as a factory audit? No. A background report confirms who the supplier is and what its record shows. A factory audit looks at the quality system, processes and capacity on the floor.
