Which Indian spices are best to import?

Black pepper and cardamom from Kerala, chillies from Guntur, turmeric from Erode, and cumin from Gujarat and Rajasthan are among India's best-known spice exports.

Do Indian spices meet EU standards?

Export-grade spices are cleaned, often steam-sterilised and tested for residues. Ask for accredited lab reports for each lot.

What does GI mean for Darjeeling tea?

Darjeeling Tea is GI-registered, so only tea grown and processed in the defined Darjeeling area can carry the name.
