What do you check on each sample?

Dimensions against your drawing, weight, finish, colour against your reference, markings, labels and packaging. We photograph every sample and note each difference from your specification. Laboratory tests can be added at cost.

Where do suppliers send the samples?

To our desk in Bengaluru for suppliers in India, or in Ningbo for suppliers in China. We give each supplier a reference number so every parcel is matched to your project on arrival.

When do you ship the parcel?

We log each sample on the day it arrives and ship one consolidated parcel once the last sample is checked, or on a date you set. Samples from India and China ship from each desk separately.

What does the sample hub cost?

USD 25 per sample checked, plus USD 15 for each consolidated parcel we repack and ship. The courier is billed at cost, and laboratory tests are added only if you ask for them.

What does the report show?

One page per sample with photos, measurements and a clear pass, fail or query against your specification, plus a summary table that compares all suppliers side by side.
